The Monday-Thursday format ensures that F&I Managers will be back in their stores for the Friday and weekend traffic. Safe-Guard offers this training on a quarterly basis at its Atlanta Headquarters.

Luis Garcia, Safe-Guard's director of training and development, will lead the four-day training, which focuses on menu selling, word tracks and compliance. Prior to joining Safe-Guard, Luis was a top F&I manager for one of the nation’s largest dealer groups. In this position, he naturally evolved into a training role, and he has a great passion for F&I training. Because Luis literally grew up in the business, he has extensive product knowledge, menu selling mastery and objection handling expertise.
