Most plans can be canceled, however, certain stipulations apply. Please review your agreement to find out the cancellation details for your particular protection plan. If your plan is cancellable, you can initiate the cancellation online or call us at 1-800-742-7896.
Upon submission of a cancellation request, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the request to be processed once all required documentation has been received. After the processing period, the refund will be sent to your designated dealer and then applied to your outstanding loan balance, or alternatively, refunded directly to you
