You can file a claim in three ways:
- Call us at 1-800-890-7211.
- File your claim online.
- Use the Safe-Guard Tire and Wheel Mobile Claims app on App Store or Google Play.
Check the status of your claims by logging in to the dealer portal. Make sure you have the claim number or the last seven digits of the VIN handy, as well as the customer’s ZIP/postal code. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team at 1-800-890-7211.
To get a username and password, visit the new user request page and expect a response within 24 hours. Once you receive your credentials, sign into the dealer portal.
